September kicks off the busy season for publishing conferences and shows. The Bublish Team is adding three new stops to the first part of our fall travel schedule — Denver, Savannah and St. Pete. We hope you’ll drop by and see us at one of these excellent events. Here are all the details.
If you want to learn how to be a self-publishing rock star, then the AuthorU Extravaganza is the perfect conference for you. Headed by the indomitable Judith Briles, this conference is where authors go to become seriously successful. Bublish CEO Kathy Meis will be speaking at the conference and Bublish will be exhibiting. The AuthorU Extravanganza is held September 15 – 17 in Denver, Colorado. Other speakers include: Joel Friedlander, Amy Collins, Joan Stewart, Robin Cutler, Brian Jud and many other top publishing experts.
As a new member of the Southern Independent Bookseller’s Association (SIBA), Bublish is a first-time exhibitor at the association’s upcoming Discovery Show on September 16 – 18 in Savannah, Georgia. This show is for booksellers and librarians who are members of SIBA. We’re excited to introduce our authors and list of distributed titles to this important audience and learn more about the types of books that interest them. It’s sort of our coming out party for Bublish in the world of physical bookselling. NINC, stands for Novelists, Inc., the international writer’s organization for multi-published fiction authors. NINC’s annual conference is held this year in St. Pete, Florida on September 21- 25.
