Crystal Clear Waters

Children's Books

Once there was a tiny fairy named Ladybug living in The Enchanted Forest on Twin Peaks Mountain. Everyone living on the mountain knew that Ladybug spent most of her time at Lake Crystal Clear Waters. But none of them knew why. There was something singularly special about Lake Crystal Clear Waters. Sometimes when she swims in it, she can visit other worlds. One morning Ladybug wakes up to find green ooze spilling out from her beloved lake and running off into The Enchanted Forest in every direction. "What is doing this to our lake?" Ladybug wailed. She must find out how Lake Crystal Clear Waters has become polluted by diving in to get to the world where the pollution is coming from. She dives into the polluted lake with a thread from Ersha the Spider tied around her wrist so that she find her way back home. On a mission to save the water, she finds a girl named Clarissa who is leaving her village with everyone else because their river has become polluted by a giant manufacturing the ooze for his own amusement. Ladybug asks Clarissa to climb Magic Mountain and help her to defeat the giant SlogSlime and destroy his factory. But first Clarissa has to believe in the fairy's magic…

That moment when things get serious...

We are always learning and growing, and often studying and training. Sometimes we forget what all the studying and training is for until something happens. The moment finally arrives when we have to put all of our training and even playing around to good use. Sometimes one moment in time forces us to grow up quickly or to finally grow up. For Ladybug, the fairy who loves polka dots, it is a moment when she realizes that her life is not all fun and games. A little girl and her entire village are in trouble, and it's all on Ladybug to help...

Spiders are Everywhere

Spider myths, fables and fairy tales are part of almost every culture on Earth. Some stories credit the spider with spinning the world into being. Other stories point to the origins of human culture, and the spider as teacher of the ancient and noble arts of weaving and writing. The high esteem of our ancient ancestors for this tiny creature with eight legs, included a belief in its wisdom and even to spin the future into being. In this story, the fairy Clarissa seeks out Ersha the spider for some practical help, but gets some wisdom along with it...

Keeping on keeping on...

When the sun is shining, sometimes it's hard to believe that a downpour is coming. And when it's been raining for days or weeks on end, it's hard to believe that the sun will break up the clouds in just five more minutes. It's the same when we are happy or beset with troubles. It's when everything seems to be set against us that it is most important to believe that you will overcome your obstacles. The harder it is to believe, the more important it is too. In the story of Crystal Clear Waters, Ladybug acts as a reminder to believe in a happier tomorrow.

Pulling yourself up

The most memorable times in our lives are usually the best or the most difficult. It's also the challenges of the most difficult times that lead us to those moments of triumph or pure happiness. After we get up, or take that first step on faith, we find out we have strengths and attributes that we didn't know about before we needed them...

Leaving behind childhood

There comes a point for everyone when what used to be just fun and games becomes serious business. For some people, their very survival depends on whether they will step up to maturity or try to remain a child. Each of us would probably prefer to live in our fantasy worlds. Fantasy does provide us with relief and even with solutions to our problems, but only when we finally make a decision and take action.

Greatness thrust upon us...

Any world seems beautiful when we are surrounded by the beautiful things in it. But when the people and places we love are threatened, then we have to rise to the occasion, no matter what our size or preference might be.

A lake is a magical place.

Lake Crystal Clear Waters is not only beautiful, it is a portal to other worlds, where a fairy like Ladybug can have adventures and play fairy tricks.

A fairy tale needs a fairy...

We may not be able to see them if we are not in dire need of assistance, but teeny tiny fairies like Ladybug are around...
