Healthy Relationships
After listening to a friend’s story of a relationship, were you struck by his or her level of confidence, self-love, forgiveness, or awareness of a partner’s negative actions (also known as a partner’s toxicity)? It’s often easier to identify these attributes in others than in ourselves. Take this opportunity to do a bit of reflection on your own relationships. How would others looking in view your relationships? Would they see a healthy relationship? What does a healthy relationship look like to you?
