“This may sound a little forward, but I want to take that haircut home and dip it in chocolate syrup and then lick it off.” Tommy’s face turned a bright tomato red as he shifted nervously, rocking his weight from foot to foot.
“Um, uh. Thanks for the offer, but I’m seeing someone right now. You’re really pretty and if I were a little older, uh, I mean, if you were a little younger, I –”
“I’m not talking to you,” she said, suddenly turning bitchy as she addressed Tommy for the first time, “I was talking to your haircut. Now if you don’t mind, get lost.” The woman resumed staring at Tommy’s hair. Tommy started to walk away and the woman made a grab for it. Tommy ducked her hand and ran down the street. The woman chased him for a block until one of her high heels snapped, sending her face-first into a hot dog cart called Wiener Town. The sound of the impact made him look back. The unconscious figure of the woman covered in mustard, relish and delicious jalapeños made him realize that he better go home and grab a hat before his haircut caused an accident and someone got hurt.
