Challenges to Eating Right
I do remember my grandmother served asparagus for dinner one night. It was terrible so I always thought asparagus was the worst food and I avoided it and did not eat it. Then as a middle-aged adult I was offered fresh grilled asparagus, so I tried it. It was tasty. I thought I should make this for dinner sometime. Now it is part of our dinner menu but only when it is in season in the spring and only grilled for 3-4 minutes. I also sprinkle garlic on it and it is a great side dish to serve with steak or seafood.

Kilie had to make a choice. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Every day was a struggle. She was 100 pounds overweight. She often found it very difficult to stay on the 5 steps. She was concerned about her weight.
Kilie found a way to lose 100 pounds.
