I want to close with encouragement for your own soul journey. It starts with small steps and an unwavering commitment to do the work to heal. Learn from my mistakes. Put that foundation around your life that creates the environment needed to foster healing and recovery. Take a close look at your life, and identify any issues that may be getting in your way of living your best life, and deal with them. Love yourself as you are, but be willing to do the work to uplevel into the next best version of who you are truly capable of becoming, the version your soul is calling you to become. Your soul will not stop calling until you rise up from the ashes to reach your true soul purpose.
I believe that we all come into this world with a soul contract. It is our responsibility during the course of our life to fulfill that soul contract. Your soul is going to keep calling you to fulfill this contract. I now know that my soul contract is to be of service to those who have experienced domestic violence and addiction. A critical part of my soul contract was to be an abused woman and a woman who loved an addict. I am now going to move on to the next phase of fulfilling my soul contract.
