Practicing Abundance
What do you do now instead of taking action to fulfil your own mission? It could be anything from collecting things, to spending money instead of saving or investing it, abusing alcohol or drugs or playing games on the internet or something else entirely.
You do not need to share this information with anyone else—it is just for your own awareness.
What do you see, hear, feel or imagine that triggers this avoiding behavior?
Condense that trigger into a few words as you learned to do in Chapter 5. Then insert those words into the Logosynthesis sentences using Sarah’s and Felix’s sentences as a model.
Say the sentences aloud—or with the help of a friend. Take your time and notice what happens when you do this.
1. I retrieve all my energy bound up in (your trigger phrase) and take it to the right place in my Self.
2. I remove all non-me energy related to (your trigger phrase) from all of my cells, my body and my personal space and send it to where it truly belongs.
3. I retrieve my energy bound up in all my reactions to (your trigger phrase) and take it to the right place in my Self.
If a second trigger emerges, repeat the process. If you feel that the problem has been resolved, say the final sentence, “I tune all of my systems to this new awareness.”
Note: The most challenging part of learning to use Logosynthesis is often finding your trigger phrases. It is not a precise process. You can also see 50 samples of trigger phrases in Chapter 6 of Letting It Go. Meanwhile, just relax and practice—the worst thing that can happen is nothing. If that happens, just experiment with using a different phrase.
