You have probably avoided thinking about those memories, beliefs and fantasies because you are afraid they will reactivate the pain that overwhelmed you in the past or that you expect to feel again in the future.
Once that was necessary, but it’s not needed anymore. With the help of the Logosynthesis sentences you can let go of the pain in a way that’s far easier and less stressful than you ever imagined it could be. It may even be fun.
The sentences below each have a blank space to be filled in with words describing something that represents your frozen energy. This is where you start.
1. I retrieve all my energy bound up in ____________ and take it to the right place in myself.
2. I remove all non-me energy related to ___________ from all of my cells, my body and my personal space and send it to where it truly belongs.
3. I retrieve my energy bound up in all my reactions to __________________ and take it to the right place in myself.
Once you have discovered where your energy is stuck, you can complete each sentence by filling in the blank with a brief description of whatever represents the stuck energy.
When you are learning to use this process for yourself, it is a good idea to write out each sentence before you start to read them aloud. Remember to pause for at least 30 seconds after saying each sentence. This allows time for the words to do their work.
Of course, having a partner read you the words a few at a time is even easier. Either way is fine.
A logical part in you may be trying to make sense of these words and figure out ‘the right place.’ If that happens, trust the process: You don’t need to know. Just relax and experiment anyhow.
As you read further, you’ll find more information and tips about using this process. Letting It Go has a very detailed description. If you haven’t downloaded your free tool yet, do it now at www.BooksbyLaurie.com/guide.
The worst thing that can happen when you practice this is nothing. You can’t hurt yourself. Many people have found the process life-changing.
Even we as professionals can’t predict what will happen using the sentences with our clients, but we all share the experience that the sentences tend to help people. Relax and simply notice what does happen and keep practicing.
