Buttery Garlic Mushrooms
If you are a fan of mushrooms, kissed with butter and garlic … this will become a favorite with family and friends. When I bring it to my Foodie group, I always make extra for them to take home. Great with an omelet the next day, on hamburgers, or in rice.
Whole onions are sliced, butter added to caramelize with garlic, cremini, baby portobello, and shiitake mushrooms are sauteed with fresh garlic, caramelized onions, salt, and pepper. This easy side dish comes together in less than 20 minutes, including your prep time. Enjoy!
