I’m not a chef or a gourmet, but I am a cook. I love the “presentation” and setting a table for the season or event. And I dabble and I play with combining foods, herbs, and spices. Spoiler alert: I never cook with thyme or rosemary, both I’m allergic to. All with the objective of tasty food and great tastes. If you came to my home for a cup of sugar, I may be able to help.
