“Then you must work on responding appropriately within the hospital environment. Developing a new skill doesn’t happen overnight, but it won’t happen at all unless you take responsibility for it. Your future in nursing is up to you.”

“First, recognize that complaining and making excuses is not acceptable. As a professional, you must assume responsibility for your behavior. Under challenging circumstances, you must maintain your composure and be respectful.”
