Trying to look on the bright side is not always easy when you are busy, but it does help the immune system. Do you have a half full glass or a half empty glass? Hopefully, you have a half full one as our thoughts and feelings can impact on our immune system.
Being positive helps your overall outlook in life and even when things are not going well, there is always a small way that you can aim to be positive. Say to yourself that you will not be negative by saying you are unable to do something because of all the various excuses you may have. Take a step back and thin how you can turn those excuses into saying you can and will do this in a positive and enthusiastic way.
When you think you can’t manage something, say to yourself
“yes, I will try and see how I get on, and in time will get it perfected”.
The more you say and try this, the more positive you will become. With being positive, it is practicing repeatedly as it is a skill that can be learnt. Have a coloured dot or something you can place where you can see it regularly to remind you to continue to be positive.
