Embrace and Lead Change
It is not the strongest of the species that survives, not the most intelligent, but the most responsive to change.
The spirited leader is a catalyst, advocate and champion of change. Change forces self-discovery and is the bedrock of a learning organization, as well as the foundation for continuous improvement, innovation and thriving. A great leader embraces new ideas with an open mind, free of bias, judgment and history. I’ve observed that our histories can be our worst enemy for adapting to and leading through change.
