Author Biography

Drew Bankston lives in the Rocky Mountains with his wife, two amazingly perfect dogs, and a garden.

Before he started writing science fiction, Drew received his bachelor’s degree in Bio-Ag Sciences from Colorado State University. After that, just to shake things up, he never really used that degree but worked various jobs in retail and Asset Protection with some really important people who are way too dignified to be named here. He’s still working but would eventually like to write full-time and stop working for other people. He likes pie and chocolate, as everyone should.

What did you say?

My character, Andrew, feels he's the only one who has experimented with and found the key to time travel. Now he's finding out that someone else, in another dimension, has been doing the same experiments but with one additional twist. He can travel inter-dimensionally. In so doing, he has caused his counter part to switch places with him. It's all quite confusing to Andrew, but we follow the whole thing as we read. “I’m sorry, Matthew. What do you know about what I’ve been trying to do with my POD?” Andrew started.
“Uh, nothing more than what you’ve told me. Inter-dimensional shifting and time displacement. Why? Thinking of something else that you need my help with?” Matthew sat quietly.
“Did you say inter-dimensional shifting?” Andrew thought that this dimension’s ‘Andy’ did it. Andy was working with the shifting and accidentally activated his POD while Andrew activated his. They must have somehow switched places.
