Book Excerpt
Leadership Briefs
Lead well and employee engagement will not be a primary issue. Some team members become disengaged because the organization never closes the quality gap between culture and climate. The greater the gap between the ideal and the real, the more team members are prompted to begin the shift from engagement to disengagement. Other team members are disengaged because of the personal baggage they bring to work every day.
