There is nothing special about the words I use or the way I pray. What I do know is
that I have an unshakeable faith and remain calm while I seek answers. I don’t attempt to
compel, manipulate or pressure God to do anything my way or at my convenience. I find
that just being my real self, uncomplicated, sincere and forthright is the best and most
rewarding way to demonstrate. My children and clients often want a more compelling
reaction to their needs and wants. Yes, I do hear them and see their pain and discomfort,
but as a Practitioner, I know that the answer will demonstrate to the level of my belief. I
have learned to remain composed and steadfast. Here’s another personal example of how

doorway. “Sorry. Tiptoe got skunked. Unfortunately, the skunk got into the house. I don’t
know where it is.”

on him to assist with the search.
When I arrived downstairs, Ian was investigating every nook and cranny in the family
room, but from a distance. His eyes followed the beam from the flashlight as it flitted
from corner to corner. Jenny had a doggie gate that shut off whatever room
