The best revenge is no revenge; the best revenge is living well by learning to understand that our energy and attention are our most valuable assets, and how we invest and use them is up to us. It takes forgiveness of ourselves and courage to find our own path in our own way. Otherwise, we simply relive our history over and over with reruns and sequels of the same story

F*ck the Bucket List for the Health Conscious
There is no need to harm ourselves or anyone else when we become conscious, healthy creators. There is a fine line between intentionally manipulating others for personal gain and making mistakes, failing, and learning from them. Part of personal growth comes from becoming aware of people’s intentions and understanding the role you play in their game, especially when they see you as the target demographic for their marketing goals or political scheme. And becoming aware of whether their intentions are pure and healthy for you is key, because they don’t really care what happens to you once you buy into their plan. It is just as easy or hard to set boundaries and walk away from someone’s scheme as it is to get swept in and fall in love with their “promise.”
