Doing our work requires us to pause, be still, question, and listen before responding and reacting. Becoming conscious—living in awareness—is key to healing our wounds. There’s always a feeling deep within us that’s calling us, but the question is whether we trust it or suppress it. When a dam bursts, there’s a sudden and rapid release of captive water. The same thing can happen to us. When something blocking our energy, removing it can free us from its hold. We have the power to break through—in fact, we are the only ones who can.
We’re each currently at our own crossroads; determining whether to take the known or the unknown path. Our mindset charts a large part of our path. Do we perceive a world of struggle or possibility, scarcity or abundance, fear or love, division or unity? Our curiosity influences our willingness to cleanse, purify, and declutter our lives of what no longer serves us—beyond the material stuff, and rather go inside ourselves to get in touch with our whole self. True change begins when we’re able to envision something in a healthy light. It comes first from within us and the choices we make, which are only then reflected in our own outer world.
