The statement, “touch of Jesus” garment’ meant grace and mercy given to the woman who had bled in her body for years. But when she touched the hem of Jesus’ garment. Grace and mercy are given to use daily as a gift from the Father. We must reach out and believe and receive what God has given us already as children of God who believe in Him. The word “touch” transports and anointing to the believer from the inside out to the soul of man. You must choose to experience Jesus Christ for Him to change your life. The “touch” is just the start of miraculous healing for the believer. Once sinful man lets the spirit man take over and stop listening to man’s flesh, then the soul and the spirit can exist together in harmony rather than in conflict. Jesus wants to live inside us and is waiting for us to turn our lives over to Him. So what does this mean? It means to surrender our day-to-day lives so we can run with success in our lives, and without our Lord, you will run alone in failure.
When you are on the job, you expect Jehovah to help you or listen to you. Your concept is incorrect; to believe the Lord made you and left you on earth to figure out everything for yourself is a fallacy. God would not be perfect if He ignored His creation. God made us, and Jesus knows every thought you will ever have in this life. He has provided you with your career, family, home, and substance of life. So why would He not know all answers and how to solve them for you?
Your success and solutions will not come to you as you think by your flesh or thoughts from your soul, but by the Holy Spirit, who imparts the words of God. God will often deposit the right words in someone’s mouth for you in a conversation or through a Scripture you have committed to memory. A practical task for individuals is to memorize Scripture passages in daily devotions; equip your arsenal of tools to the devil’s attacks. Those tools are your armor; “the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit” (Ephesian 6:10-18).
