In Job 26:14, (NKJV) "Indeed these are the mere edges of HIS ways, and how small a whisper we hear of HIM! But the thunder of HIS power who can understand? He shall judge the world with righteousness and the peoples with HIS truth."
As Christians, we have heard so many times that Jesus will be with us no matter what we do in our lives. If we invoke prayer, a change happens in the heavens, and our lives will have power. If we have determined the statement is correct, you realize the Word of God is a living and breathing expression of God. You must be careful what you ask for and say with your mouth. “God cannot be mocked,” as scripture states (Gal 6:7, AMP). God’s words can bring healing and curses depending on the individual case. If you believe with your whole heart, body, mind, and spirit in Jesus Christ, then blessings will come from the Son of God. But if you carelessly declare you’re blessed and don’t believe, you will lose the blessing, and a curse of sickness will enter your body.
Many people from antiquity until now have become sick with sin because of their lack of authentic devotion to the Word of God with careless conversation and not accepting the Word. Your mouth can get you into trouble with God because, as I stated before, the Word of God is living and breathing. In Hebrew 4:12, AMP states, “For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to divide soul and spirit, joints, and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart”. Here is where wisdom comes into play; you must ask for understanding and be careful of your thoughts and what you say. You cannot receive healing if you don’t serve the living God and pretend to accept and don’t believe. God knows your spirit even if individuals don’t comprehend their true motives. So, you must reach out and claim your healing and recognize that God’s ways are not man’s actions or decisions. He is always ready to take you broken and full of sin. One must come with humble forgiveness in your spirit, and He will draw you to Himself and give you love and peace that you will never experience in this world.
