Synopsis

Sophia McFadden, a Water Microbiologist, never thought her assignment to solve a water crisis in Romala could put her in harm’s way.
After three escapes from harm, Sophia receives a call to flee the town, end her analyses, or perish. She considers leaving, but quitting shows her failing her mission.
A corrupt oil mogul and his hordes of extraterrestrials and humanoids offer a sizable bounty on Sophia’s head. A daring agent steps forward to help her, but now peril stalks both—if she solves the mysterious enigma in the ocean.

Author Biography

Ardith Arnelle Price, an author based in Michigan, writes inspirational literature in the genres of Christian Apocalypse, Science Fiction, and Fantasy.

For her series of Christian Sci-fi Futuristic/Fantasy novels, Ardith assumes the pen name Ardith A. Price.

Ardith has been passionate about storytelling since her early years, crafting imaginative supernatural realms and characters since she was in elementary school. Her talent and dedication have earned her notable acclaim, notably for her work “Looking Through the Sea of Glass,” which received distinguished recognition at the 28th Annual Writer’s Digest Self-Published Book Awards in 2020. Over the years, Ardith has authored several works, including her bestselling novel, Just the Edge of God.

Ardith is an accomplished musician, educator, Bible studies enthusiast, foreign languages enthusiast, information technology manager, and web designer. She and her husband live in the Detroit metropolitan area.

He strolled to the sliding glass door, pushed back the handle, and stepped onto the deck. The aurora borealis shimmered on the horizon, where silver orbs floated in the sky. She stood next to him on the deck. A flash of blue light crossed the sky. Then the spheres and aurora disappeared. He rubbed his chin and raised his eyebrows. Sophia tilted her head. She pulled in her lips, whirled around, stepped inside the condo, and waited for him.

“What did we see? I am open to suggestions. I am no dummy. Did I see a hologram? Or an anomaly? Tell me what you think, doctor?”

“Well, it was real to our eyes. I believe it was a hologram, and someone tested to see if they could alter the sunrise?”
