What does it mean to Mold Me and Mend Me?

God is trying to change the heart of the man, so we will have a heart that is mindful of Him, and concerned about the things that are godly rather than the things of the flesh. Jesus was on the earth for 33 years and for last three years of Christ’s life He preached, taught, healed, and gave the secrets of how to live as a Christian (Gentile or Messianic) in a fallen world. Only the Gentiles and Messianic Jews embraced the message because they were hungry enough to be healed and saved by the man of God.

During the time Messiah Yeshua was on earth, ethnic Jewish people wanted to keep the laws that they were familiar with in their community. They did not want another prophet with flowery words, but they wanted a prophet to have a revolution on earth. Therefore, the Chosen people failed to embrace the true message of Messiah Yeshua. The One person they had been waiting for was thought to be a heretic rather than the true Messiah.

The disciples taught their Jewish brothers and sisters about the true Messiah, and Paul was commissioned by Messiah Yeshua to preach to the Gentiles. The irony of Paul preaching to the Gentiles was God’s way of relocating His Word, from Jerusalem to the world. Even though the disciples went to other countries to preach, they did not have the same impact as Apostle Paul, since the disciples were commissioned to preach to their own ethnic Jewish people.
