Rosh Hashanah starts on Monday, September 6 at sundown and continues through nightfall on Wednesday, September 8. A day my Jewish friends celebrate the creation of Adam and Eve, and it is celebrated as the head of the Jewish year. “Shanah Tovah!” (“A Good New Year!”)
What a momentous day in history for humankind, for it doesn’t matter what your religious affiliation might be, we should celebrate the beginning of humanity. Father God loves his creation, and we should remember why we are here on earth every day of our lives. We are to spread the goodness of Jesus Christ as the coming Messiah if you are a Messianic Jewish person or Christian individual. Time is running out for us on earth as more disasters and human plagues encompass the planet. Nevertheless, we should look around and see that the appointed time for Christ’s return is around the corner, so celebrate the New Year with our cousins and sound the ram’s horn and spread the Good News of Messiah Yeshua. Psalm 145:18 “The LORD is near to all who call Him, to all who call Him with sincerity.” Read Just the Edge of God.

JUST THE EDGE OF GOD
We are in a constant whirlwind and battle for our very lives on a daily basis since the devil who wants to win you to his side will do whatever is necessary to get Christians and non-believers into his web of deceit. To break the power of the Lawless one, we should listen to the Holy Spirit "for if you live by its dictates, you will die”. But if through the power of the Spirit you put to death the deeds of your sinful nature, you will live.” (Rom 8:13, NLT). All you have to do is believe in Jesus Christ and you will be set free from all-unrighteousness. Jesus came to set the “captives free” not to bind them into more rules and regulations. The law is the 10 Commandments and the statues are the ceremonial/ordinances laws sent by God to Moses in the books of Numbers, Leviticus, and Deuteronomy. The ordinances are how you are supposed to treat one another on a daily basis; however, Jesus came and made these ordnances much simpler. In John 10:10, AMP, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full”. This is not to say the un-sinful way of living has been abolished but the New Testament made it simpler so that mankind would not be under the laws that were too strict to follow as the Jewish Pharisee and Sadducees had laid down for the people to follow.
