Let's look at the “Cloth” Jesus was wearing. It was spun sheep’s wool comprised of one piece of material without seams. There was nothing special about it except for the tassels and the tallit which was the prayer shawl. It had a symbol on it that made it special for a Hebrew Rabbi. Num.15:37-40,NIV “And YHWH spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribbon of blue: And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of YHWH, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring: That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your Elohim.”(From the Torah)
The tassel fringe on the borders of the robe was what the woman with the issue of blood touched. A synagogue official came and bowed to Jesus and asked him to heal his daughter that had just died. In Matthew 9:19-20, NIV “and Yahusha (Jesus) arose, and followed him, and so did his disciples. And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment. Immediately she was healed and Jesus felt power leave HIM”. So what was the power?
“You are the God who does wonders; you have declared your strength among the peoples (Psalm 77:14, NKJV).”
“God has spoken once, twice I have heard this: that power belongs to God (Psalm 62:11, NKJV).”
“But our God is in heaven; He does whatever He pleases (Psalm 115:3, NKJV).”
