Author Biography

Michigan-based author Ardith Arnelle Price writes inspirational books and Christian Apocalypse Sci-fi thriller novels. She has been a lifelong writer since fundamental school, creating supernatural worlds and characters. Ardith Arnelle Price has received outstanding recognition for her book, Looking Through the Sea of Glass, from the 28th Annual Writer’s Digest Self-Published Book Awards in 2020. In addition, Just The Edge of God climbed #78 in the Kindle Unlimited top 100 books in July 2021. Ardith is an accomplished musician, educator, bible studies enthusiast, an avid golfer, information technology, web designer, and studies foreign languages. She lives and works in Michigan with her husband. Ardith is a member of several civic and social organizations: Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc., Sigma Alpha Iota Fraternity (Music), American Association of University Women, Civitan International, and Rochester Writers. Light and Darkness: Simeon, the man who waite

Simeon finally touched and held the King of Kings, and can you imagine falling in love immediately with the creator of the earth as you embrace him in your arms. I can't fathom the exhilaration he felt in his heart and soul. The light finally came to a dark world to show us how to live in harmony and peace. The world's darkness was devastating to the ancient civilization, and seeing a glorious light appear on a dark, cold night in a shepherd field — frightening yet wonderful. The shepherds received a light gift and moved from the fields to a house to a stall where animals slept to see a miracle, the promised Messiah. Just as Simeon held a child in his arms, so did the Shepherds have the light in their hearts as well. Yeshua (Jesus) came to bring joy, love, and life in HIM so we could live eternally with HIM in Heaven. Today as many of us celebrate Christmas, Kwanza, and Hanukkah, let's light the menorah in our hearts, bringing light to the temple of our hearts. Merry Christmas and Chag Sameach! I remember a painting of Simeon and Jesus on the cover of the “Upper Room” daily devotional magazine. It was just beautiful to see a tear come down the face of Simeon as he was looking at the baby; it was just breath-taking. What made the painting more than just a painting there was a message imprinted in the artist vision? The artist painted the world inside the image of Simeon letting all who would look at the painting discovers the message of the cross. He would bring salvation to this evil world and everyone in the world would be saved. Jesus Christ was born to save all no matter what religious denomination or ethnicity they might be. All can be saved and come to God once the realization that there is only one God and He is Adonai Jehovah (the Lord our Master).
