If we are persistent in what we ask Almighty God for in prayer. Then He will answer our heartfelt petitions. Prayer commits us to Him in a sincere relationship that cultivates a friendship. If we remain true to Almighty God, He will remain faithful to us through His son Jesus (Yeshua). Think about your relationship with family and friends. If you are deceitful in friendships, you lose friends. Jesus requires the same honesty with Him. Take time to think about these points.

JUST THE EDGE OF GOD
We have heard so many times as Christians that Jesus will be with us no matter what we do in our lives. All we have to do is invoke a prayer and everything will be all right. This is very true however, there is more to that statement and you have to realize that the Word of God is a living breathing Word and you must be careful what you ask for and say with your mouth. “God cannot be mocked” as scripture states (Gal 6:7, AMP). God’s words can bring healing and curses depending on the individual case. If you believe with your whole heart, body, mind, and spirit then you will receive the blessing of Jesus Christ the Son of God. However, if you carelessly state you are blessed and really don’t believe then you will lose the blessing and a curse of sickness will enter your body. Many people from the beginning of time until now have become sick with sin because of their lack of real devotion to the Word of God with careless conversation and not believing the Word. Your mouth can get you into trouble with God, because as I stated before the Word of God is living and breathing. In Hebrew 4:12, AMP says, “For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart”. This is where wisdom comes into play you have to ask for wisdom and be careful of your thoughts and what you say. You cannot receive healing if you don’t serve the living God and pretend to serve and don’t believe. God knows your heart even if man does not know your real motives. You have to reach out and claim your healing and know that God’s ways are not man’s ways or thoughts. He is always ready to take you broken and full of sin. All you have to do is truly come with forgiveness in your heart and He will receive you to Himself and give you love and peace that you will never know in this world.
