Using these four steps, we can reprogram your subconscious mind and reorient your thoughts towards abundance in nine areas of your life. This book goes into detail about the nine types of abundance you can adopt. They are abundance in self-worth, wealth, health, time, energy, love, joy, creativity, and career.
Each section describes what that type of abundance means, affirmations you can say to promote it, ideas for your vision board, journal prompts, and actionable exercises that will help you develop an abundance mindset in that area of your life. At the end of each section, you will also find recommended reading to further enforce your new mindset goals.
