The Abundance Habit is a book about cultivating an abundance mindset in every area of your life. In order to bring abundance into your life, you must recognize your limiting beliefs and change your thinking habits.
We do this through a four-step framework: Say it, See it, Write it, and Do it. Using these four steps, we can reprogram your subconscious mind and reorient your thoughts towards abundance in nine areas of your life. This book goes into detail about the nine types of abundance you can adopt. They are abundance in self-worth, wealth, health, time, energy, love, joy, creativity, and career.
Each section describes what that type of abundance means, affirmations you can say to promote it, ideas for your vision board, journal prompts, and actionable exercises that will help you develop an abundance mindset in that area of your life. At the end of each section, you will also find recommended reading to further enforce your new mindset goals.
I'm always surprised when people assume that when I talk about abundance, I'm talking about money. Abundance is about so much more than financial gain. It's about having "plenty" of the things that matter most to you, such as joy, energy, and fulfillment.
