Moral Hypocrisy
Moral hypocrisy is preaching one thing and doing another. Easy to preach values, ethics and virtue and another to live by them. "one needs to decide for what would one decide not to live by them and what could be your price to pay for that decision.
What happened to conscience?
Corporate Conscience an oxymoron. It just that where is it in any type of corporate training? Why is not covered? And yet, the question, "Why did you do that?" or "I can't believe you just did that." should make one pause and ponder, how are decsions made and what can be the "guiding light" to help in that process?
