I believe that science and spirituality are interwoven, not in opposition to each other. Religion is man made but faith is universal and eternal. I needed a strong character to lead in this story of many key players, to show us how it must feel to see and know things that others don't. To understand that the universe is multi-dimensional and that we walk alongside darkest terrors and brightest joys, that we can't see or hear or smell or touch, every minute of our lives. We live in the here and now allowed by our five senses, but there is so much more. Gabe showed me he could handle this before I knew I could handle it. Together we told the story that weighed heavily on me. I hope it gives readers food for thought about the limitless possibilities of spirituality and how each of us is still important within the vastness of the cosmos.
