C. L. Ferrari, aka CheryLynn, began her professional writing career in 2016 at the age of sixty three. She grew up in southeast Florida, land of Caribbean tales of pirates and treasure, and enjoyed an active imagination, writing short stories and poems as far back as early childhood..

Ms. Ferrari's most recent years have seen her emerge as an artist, a world traveler, and now a fiction writer with the release of her first Christian fiction novel, a suspenseful page turner which crosses dimensions and whose main character possesses divinely bestowed supernatural gifts which help him fight for the survival of humanity.

In 2018 CheryLynn retired to Lake Chapala, Mexico where she and her eldest son run a small ranch called Rancho Loco, overflowing with rescues and a variety of farm animals. She writes and paints from her studio overlooking the mountains and lake with dogs always at her feet.

I had a difficult time getting into this book so left it to the side for awhile but then decided to give it another chance. I couldn’t put it down. I was drawn into the county and became a neighbour to all, feeling their fears and their joys. I wish I could see and hear the angels and darkness like Gabe and Pauley but I can’t. Fighting the darkness is a constant battle as it can be very charming and subtle but with God on my side how can I lose! Loved the book
