A great second chance romance story between two people who that their chemistry had been extinguished. It was a charming and sweet story. I loved the characters and I enjoyed reading the story. I can't wait to see what comes next from this author. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is the first story in the "Small Town Secrets" series and a stand alone read about Philippa and Dominic. They get a second chance at love in this story. Their journey is riddled with obstacles. I enjoyed how their story develops from beginning to end.

This is a great friends-to-lovers, second chance romance. I liked how the story started out with a snapshot of Philippa & Dominic 6 years before the actual main story started. The events during that time come in to play later in the book and there were some surprises not disclosed during the prologue. Philippa and Dominic have some work to do if their personal relationship has a chance at succeeding this time around. Both of them are older and wiser but will they really be able to make it work?
