Does God love me all the time? Will He ever leave me? In this rhyming verse story, children's probing questions of their dads show a burning desire to connect with God personally and to learn more about God. This story depicts a father's spiritual leadership as he teaches his child about a caring, unfailing, and capable God. Daddy, I Want to Know God is Book 2 of the series Families Growing in Faith.

In a society that often diminishes the value of fathers, my desire is to celebrate the fundamental role of fathers who influence their children when nurturing them with God’s Word. Fathers who instill spiritual truths in their children while allowing them to experience God for themselves exhibit the leadership role of fathers. We cannot deny the powerful and reinforced bond between fathers and their children when speaking to the spiritual questions of early childhood.

We will not hide these truths from our children; we will tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of the LORD, about his power and his mighty wonders.
~Psalm 78:4
