Infertility affects 8-12% of couples worldwide. The WHO estimates that 48 million couples live with infertility globally. It is a heart wrenching roller coaster for anyone who has ever dealt with it. I experienced this roller coaster of emotions for three years. Each month I was met with hope and anticipation until 28 days later, disappointment and grief would take over.
This was a turning point moment when I learned one of the greatest lessons of my life: "Patience is Having Faith in God's Timing". Things do not happen when we want them to but in God's timing. And His timing is never late. His timing is always perfect!

Prayerful Warrior Mom
After attending school at night for seven years, while working a full-time job, when I finally earned my bachelor’s degree, we started trying to have a child together. Three years of month-after-month heartache waiting and hoping for a child of my own resulted in the resolution that I was not meant to be a birth mother. I was grateful God had blessed me with the opportunity to be a stepmother to Rian and Kearston (Rob’s older two children), and I accepted they would be the only children we had.
