If you lost your job today or were struck by an unexpected crisis, how long could you survive? A year? A few months? Or would you be drowning in financial uncertainty before the next bill cycle?
For most, the answer is uncomfortable. Not because they aren’t capable, but because they’ve spent too much time following a script that was never designed for them to win. Schools don’t teach strategy; they teach compliance. Workplaces don’t foster autonomy; they reinforce dependence. Social media pressures you to announce your every move, while true success requires silence, discipline, and precision. The reality is that many people, even high earners, live paycheck to paycheck, bound by obligations, debt, and a lack of financial strategy. Wealth isn’t about earning more, it’s about control. Those who thrive don’t just work hard, they move strategically. They make calculated moves that ensure they are never at the mercy of someone else’s decisions.
Make More, Say Less is a blueprint for those who refuse to be passive participants in life. Those who accumulate real power understand an essential truth: control is not exerted through excess words but through deliberate action. The world does not reward those who seek validation through explanation. It rewards those who execute efficiently, accumulate leverage, and dictate their own terms.
Henceforth, this book was born out of necessity. In October 2024, while Florida was under multiple hurricane warnings, I found myself grounded, unable to fly to see my children, unsure if Hurricane Melton or Helene would alter the landscape entirely. The world around me was in chaos, but inside, I yearned for peace and clarity. So I started writing, because my heart was broken. I figured if I couldn’t be with my children, I wanted to leave them something lasting, a tool to prepare them for the realities of life, wealth, and power.
Throughout my career as a Senior Software Engineer and Certified Scrum Master, I had to reprogram my ways of thinking. I evolved, not just in my profession, but intrinsically, learning to navigate adversity, remove personal and professional impediments, and influence others through strategy, discipline, and precision. This book challenges you to do the same. It is a call to action to create autonomy, cultivate opportunities, and take control of your destiny through focus, agility, and execution.
We live in a time of endless distractions, social media, fleeting trends, and external validations that tempt us to share every idea, plan, and step along our journey. Unfortunately, success does not come to everyone who broadcasts their every move. Usually it comes to those who work in silence, perfect their craft, and execute relentlessly.
This book is not a collection of generic success principles, it’s a strategic framework for navigating life and business with intention. Whether you’re climbing the corporate ladder, building your own empire, or seeking financial independence, this book will equip you with the tools and mindset to thrive.
• The power of persistence and patience.
• How to protect your energy and recognize incompatible influences.
• How to create supplemental income streams and leverage financial independence.
• Why moving in silence is one of the greatest strategic advantages you’ll ever have.
One of the best decisions I ever made was surrounding myself with individuals who challenged me. I value honesty, feedback, and accountability. Everyone needs an accountability partner, someone who sharpens your way of thinking, broadens your perspective, and pushes you beyond your limits. Major successes and failures alike, I have always analyzed how I was shaping my own path and the benefits of having solid individuals in my life. If you’re reading this, I know you’re ready to do the same.
This book is for the strategists, the builders, the relentless doers. Your path won’t look like anyone else’s, but the principles in this book will help you make calculated moves that align with your goals and values.
Your silence is not weakness, it’s strength. It’s the discipline to listen more, say less, and let your results do the talking. With this mindset, you won’t just achieve your dreams, you’ll command them.
This is your time. Let’s get started.
