“That must have been expensive,” Bipin said.
“What?”
“To carve a tomb out of rock. Very labor intensive. When I was at the mission school I always wondered about that, but the teachers never answered my question. Perhaps you know the answer. Was it costly to build such a tomb?”
Allen sat dumbfounded. “Luke doesn’t mention the cost” Allen said triumphantly, “but he does say this Joseph was a member of the council, so he probably was an important person who could afford such a burial place. Shall I continue with the story?”
“By all means,” Bipin encouraged.
