Synopsis

It is one year after Professor Joe Parker's lab crew defeated the Beast in 71st century Wonderville. Now the crew is taking a day trip to 21st century San De Fredericko, Marifornia, to watch M Kool perform his rock song live on stage. During their day trip, the crew personally discovers that San De Fredericko is not a great place to be. Being run by two rival gangs, the Frednecks and the Parkerans, who walk the city bullying people, M Kool would do anything to put a stop to them. Can M Kool's song on stage finally put an end to the Frednecks and Parkerans, and make San De Fredericko a better place?

In this scene in "Matthew's Rockin' World 2", the main character M Kool is on stage, about to play his song for an audience. At the same time, he ties up the gang bosses of two street gangs that go around bullying people. He is about to play his song and put an end to street gang bullying at the same time, all at once.
