o far I've focused on solar eclipses, but there's a reason this one is included, so bear with me. Lunar eclipses tend to bring emotional impact whereas solar eclipses precipitate events and situations. This one is in the same family as the one coming on April 8.
Brady describes it as having "inventiveness and flashes of genius...intuitive leaps, insights, good ideas, visions, or vivid dreams...a time when the person needs to be free, if only for a few weeks."
Brady's description describes a strong Uranus influence, which also include disturbances, surprises, unexpected events, rebellion, and explosions, which are more likely in view of the status quo.
The eclipse occurs in the 9th, which relates to other countries, academia, courts, religious institutions and the media.
Moon/9th/Libra tri Pluto/1st/Capricorn
The eclipsed Moon's trine to Pluto suggests a transformational event that affects the populace and relates to the 9th, as described above.
Mars, Saturn, Venus and Neptune/2nd/Pisces
There's quite a convention in Pisces in the house of finance, the treasury, and resources which includes Mars, Saturn, Venus, and Neptune. That's a rolling stellium that packs a lot of diverse planetary energy.
Venus/2nd/Pisces sxtl Jupiter/4th/Taurus (mutual reception)
Exalted Venus is sextile dignified Jupiter. They're also in mutual reception (each rules the sign the other occupies) for a strong relationship. This suggests something related to finance and new beginnings that will affect family policy, land values, and so forth.
Note that other than the Trans-Neptunians, the eclipsed Moon is alone above the horizon. The Sun and planets are concentrated in the 1st - 4th houses below. This suggests many will be "in the dark" with regard to whatever occurs. (No surprise there.)
Chiron/3rd/Aries tri Vertex/7th/Leo
There appear to be fated injuries related to infrastructure and our relationship with another country. With two Fire signs involved, sparks are going to fly.
Eris/3rd/Aries opp Zeus/9th/Libra
Mars/2nd/Pisces ssxtl Pluto/1st/Capricorn
Eris from the house that includes U.S. "neighbors" and infrastructure opposes Zeus in the house that includes other countries. This conjures up thunderbolts coming across the border, as it did for the double cazimi.
There have been numerous warnings about an attack on our infrastructure, such as an EMP. Mars, ruler of the 3rd, 10th, and 11th, is in Pisces where he's more likely to sympathize with our enemies than fight.
