Resilience is not taught through toughness but through tenderness. What my father taught me about love became the foundation of my resilience.
Now, it has become the foundation of my parenting. When children know they are worthy and enough, they grow with confidence instead of fear.
Both Build Resilience (my first book) and Good Moms DO Cry (my second book) begin right here.
