How a young girl with no education formed her own business into a 22 million dollar enterprise and learned many lessons along the way. She shares"If I can do this, you can too."
The first step is always the hardest, except for that second step. The third step isn’t much easier. Pretty soon though you learn to run, and then you fall down because you ran too fast. You can pretty much count on getting hurt by running or falling down sometimes. The chances are that you will bump into other people along the way. They might skin their knee too when you unintentionally knock them off balance.
Don’t lose your honest self in the process of ownership. No matter how hard life gets, or how short you are on time, take precious seconds to be kind even when you are taking a firm stance.
Set boundaries and live within them. Make sure others know where the in-field is. Set new boundaries as you grow.
Remember that if a little girl with no formal education can succeed, then you can too.
Put your helmet on, buckle your seatbelt, and get your business going.

Miranda Lambert says it best in her song Way too Pretty for Prison.
But we're way too pretty for prison
Hard time ain't our kind of livin'
And I don't want to talk about
The way those jumpsuits wash us out
We're way too pretty for prison
Yet I felt like a convict being escorted from my own company.
Let me encourage every woman out there, you are not done yet girl!
Get back up on that horse!
Fight the good fight!
Show them who's boss!
You might be down but your not out!
And sing along with Miranda.

“The police are here. Did you get them? We only have a few seconds. We won’t be able to get anything else after we leave. So get whatever you can now. There is no coming back.” Rich hurried me down the aisle of the office, surrounded by cubicles with employees who were desperate to know the gossip.
