Suicide Prevention Month
While I wrote this prayer during the pandemic, it is still relevant today. So many of our young people struggle with loneliness and isolation and poor self-image. Let's pray for God's protection over those who struggle with life that they find hope to keep going. Also we pray that God will protect them during the hard times and bring help when it is needed.

Protection
L ORD, there are many needing your help in so many ways during these days of isolation and illness. Where does our help come from if not from you? You made heaven and earth, so help us not to stumble in our faith or calling. You are not asleep during this crisis. Keep watch over your people. Stand as our protective barrier to disease. Keep us from all harm and watch over our lives. Especially keep watch over those who must come and go to keep them from harm, both now and forever.
LORD, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
