Anyone Struggling?
If we are not struggling with something, we know someone who is. Do you find yourself saying, "God, please help X." What does 'help' mean? We don't know so we just leave it up to God. That's not bad, but sometimes we need to be more specific. His prayer for Endurance helps us cover more specific situations, and the words come from God. So, how can we improve on that?

Endurance
W hen people have troubles all around them, O LORD, protect them from being crushed and broken. When they are frustrated and have no idea what to do, encourage them so they will not give up and quit.
When they are persecuted, never abandon them. When they get knocked down, help them get up again and keep going, so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in them.
LORD, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
