Loving our neighbors well
When we love people, we want the best for them. Fear can keep us apart. Prayer can bring us together. As Christians, we can support our Muslim neighbors by praying for God to speak to them during the season of Ramadan. They are praying for that. Let's join them so that they can be open to hearing of God's love and grace for them.

Clarity and Freedom
L ORD, we come to you on behalf of Muslims who have veils over their minds
so they can’t understand
or sometimes even bear to hear
the truth of your love.
We realize that this “veil”
can be removed only by believing in Christ.
So, Lord, we ask that you open their minds so that they may know the truth
and be set free from the burden
of following rules and regulations.
May they come into the freedom
of being children of God.
As they are freed to hear the truth, may they see and reflect your glory, Lord, becoming more like you as they are changed into your glorious image.
LORD, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
