Too often women are left to fend for themselves with no support in the workplace. This makes no sense especially when over 80% of the most senior decision makers are men. Gender equality and economic empowerment benefits our entire society not just women, therefore men are called to be co-conspirators alongside women in the fight for gender equality inside and outside the workplace.
