weapons are the same in every country
Saudi Arabia is taking its time condemning weapons and wars outside its borders. Along with Egypt and the UAE, they have not taken a position on the current Russian attack on the Ukraine. The Middle East doesn't see Europe's wars as their problem. To them, it only means oil maybe scarce and that means the price will go up.

“Weapons!” exclaimed Sam.
“Yep, my source says booze and drugs are the cover. Explains where they got the material to make the bomb. No surprise—the source thinks it came over the border from Yemen. The tribes in the southwest part of the kingdom are thieves. If they were Islamic fundamentalists, we might be able to tap the source of funding. But they’re simply criminals.”
