Three and Out, Murder in a San Antonio Psych Hospital

She was lying nude in a fetal position underneath the ping pong table in the day room on the second floor of the hospital. A huge pair of scissors was embedded in the center of her chest. Her yellow, hospital-issued pajama bottoms were wrapped tightly around her neck. A trail of blood began at the opened door and ended in a huge pool on the tiled floor beneath her shoulders. There were some fingernail etchings carved out in the congealed blood. While very difficult to interpret correctly, they seemed to depict a series of nine or ten numbers.
