The next morning, Sir Pigglesworth and JoAnn headed to the giant toy store.
Sir Pigglesworth was expecting to be amazed by what he saw, but he never dreamed it would be so wonderful!
Christmas trees stood in every corner. Toys for boys and girls crammed every shelf and the sound of Jingle Bells filled the air.
“I NEVER want to leave!” said Sir Pigglesworth as he danced around the room singing along with the music.
The playful piglet wasn’t paying any attention to where he was going.
Suddenly he bumped into a shelf of dolls, knocking them down on his head.
“Are you okay?” a soft voice asked.
Sir Pigglesworth turned and saw two little girls staring at him.
He rubbed his head where the dolls had hit him.
“I think I hit my head harder than I thought,” he said. “I’m seeing two of you!”
The girls giggled. “There are two of us,” one of them said.
“I’m Paige, and this is my sister, Kenzie. We’re twins.”
Sir Pigglesworth sighed with relief. “I’m Sir Pigglesworth,” he told them.
“I’m looking for my parents. But this store is so big I’m just not sure I’ll ever find them.”
“I bet you could search the store a whole lot faster if you rode on that train,” Kenzie said with a mischievous grin.
She pointed to a large toy train that was chugging around a great big Christmas tree with lots of presents underneath it.
With the help of his new friends, Sir Pigglesworth pulled the train off its tracks and set it on the floor.
The three of them climbed on. Off they went choo-chooing through the Christmas wonderland.
They yelled for people to watch out as they nearly ran over some of the shoppers.
The girls’ mom followed JoAnn as she raced to catch up with the train.
When they finally caught Sir Pigglesworth and his friends, they hurriedly scooted them out of the store!
