I’m Jenifer, a licensed real estate agent and Director of Operations and Career Development at one of the nation’s top RE/MAX brokerages. With over 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, I’ve helped agents navigate the highs, the challenges, and the amazing opportunities this career offers. While I’m a licensed real estate agent, I’ve never sold a home myself. My role is to support, coach, and guide agents to be the best versions of themselves, helping them grow their businesses, overcome obstacles, and unlock their full potential. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see the people I work with succeed and thrive, knowing I played a part in their journey. So why should you listen to my advice? Why did I write this book? This book is a natural extension of my mission to inspire and add value to others. It began with the creation of the Rookie RE Agent Blog (www.rookiereagent.com) in 2019, where I shared advice and answers to the most common questions new real estate agents face, inspired by the countless queries I encountered while studying for my licensing exam. Now, I wanted to expand the topics in my blog to create this book, which combines practical advice, industry insights, and motivational guidance to give you a clear roadmap for building a thriving career.
