In journal notes of January 2005, I lament now that so many years later, as I read my reflections of January 10, 1968, how I am once again in war so close to home. I write these words not fifty miles from New York City, a large scar signaling the next stage in a war started centuries ago. It seems we are paying the price for getting into the middle toppling Iranian democracy some half century ago. Imagine if we had not done that. Instead, there is no talk of peace between the warring factions, as each side believes they are winning, and the desire for war is growing among masses on either side.
In my gut, I have the same kind of tightness of fall ’67, and my nightmares of those times come back to haunt me. I pray I project my past onto the future.
I think not as I read the tea leaves in 2021 and reread my reflections of my times past in war. I look out my window and perceive our situation to be exponentially worse than it was in 2005. Newton’s laws of motion. Without a global intervention, humanity is on the path to great destruction in the terrors of war and warming unbounded. Most people seem to be caught in a trance…not wanting to believe that we live in such a treacherous time. And they feel powerless to change what at this time is the inevitability of the Age of Catastrophe. We are blinded by money and power and are not seeing the possibility of an Age of Peace, even as our great books call for it.
From the terror of January 10, 1968, a night so long ago, a dream has arisen: From human civilization founded on war to human civilization founded on justice. True justice is love manifested as right action.
A dream is for humanity to stand billions strong to occupy one virtual conscious space, the energy focused and committed to moving huge steps forward in human development. It is a matter of numbers. In one voice, an awakening global consciousness committed to voting for leaders from every people tribe, nation, and state to build a global civilization living in an age of peace ruled by justice.
End War + End Warming = Age of Peace
We live in a time when this can be done. It is no different from selling Fords.
AgeofPeace2050.com is a vision and a blueprint.
This is my legacy.

“It isn’t enough to talk about peace.
One must believe in it.
And it isn’t enough to believe in it.
One must work at it”
