5-Stars! Rabia Tanveer, Readers Favorite, LLC
This is one of the best written novels I have read this year so far, and let me tell you, I have already read about 20 novels. The story was crisp, on point, tantalizing and very, very entertaining. There is nothing that I would want the author to change. I really love novels that are meticulously prepared for an audience. From the cover, to the placement of the characters, to the plot, to the ending, everything was simply perfect.
No Pit So Deep: The Cody Musket Story by James Nathaniel Miller II is an amazing story of faith and strength in the face of dangers and challenges. The story follows Cody Musket. He is not your average 27-year-old. He has seen the worst life has to offer. To the world he has a shiny Medal of Honor and his great athletic performance. They don’t know the secrets that he keeps inside, secrets that haunt his dreams and turn them into nightmares.
Brandi Barnes is not your usual 24-year-old either. She is a courageous woman whose work exposed a child trafficking racket. Now some very strong adversaries are against her and want her life. When they do attack her, Cody saves her. Her avenger saved her, but there are some secrets inside him that are slowly chipping away at him. Can Brandi save him, like he saved her? Or are they going to fall prey to evil before they really had a chance?
